Con el presente auto la Sala Especial de Seguimiento a la Sentencia T-025/04 da respuesta a la solicitud presentada por el Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho, relacionada con la prórroga al término dispuesto en el ordinal sexto del auto 1401 de 2022.
Por estar debidamente justificada la petición se ACCEDIÓ a ella y se concedió diez días hábiles adicionales al término inicialmente concedido en el precitado proveído.

- Primero. ACCEDER a la solicitud de prórroga presentada por la directora de Justicia Transicional del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho.
- En consecuencia, CONCEDER diez (10) días hábiles adicionales al término establecido en el ordinal
- sexto. del auto 1401 de 2022.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR, por intermedio de la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, la presente decisión al Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho.
