RECHAZAR por improcedentes las solicitudes de nulidad y aclaracion y/o adicion presentadas por Jose Joaquin Castro y la solicitud de aclaracion presentada por Maria Cleotilde Cubides frente a la sentencia SU-484, dictada por la Sala Plena de esta Corporacion el 15 de Mayo de 2008, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.

RECHAZAR por falta de legitimacion las solicitudes de aclaracion presentadas por Alicia Hernandez Mora, Miriam Alarcon Gallego, Irma Asseneth Aguilera Beltran, Korina Medina Torres, Diva Leonor Guaqueta Alaguna, Gloria Maria Arias Garzon, Lucy Colmenares Camargo y Margarita Cubides Rodriguez frente a la sentencia SU-484 dictada por la Sala Plena de esta Corporacion el 15 de Mayo de 2008, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
