- Primero. RECHAZAR el recurso de súplica presentado por la ciudadana Isabela Mosquera Caicedo y los ciudadanos Andrés Fernando Gómez Guerrero y Luis Alfredo Gómez Guerrero contra el Auto del 10 de julio de 2023 que rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad contra el Decreto Ley 262 de 2000. Lo anterior por falta de carga argumentativa.
- Segundo. Proceda la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional a comunicarles a los recurrentes el contenido de esta decisión.
