El peticionario le pidió a la Corporación precisar si es constitucional que los jueces de ejecución de penas y medidas de seguridad apliquen el artículo 26 de la Ley 1121 de 2006, a personas condenadas con anterioridad de la vigencia de ese compendio normativo.
La Sala Plena constata que la aclaración formulada resulta improcedente, no sólo por extemporánea sino porque el peticionario carece de legitimidad para presentarla.
