Se ordenó al Juzgado Primero Promiscuo Municipal de Santa Ana (Magdalena) que asuma de manera inmediata el conocimiento de la tutela de la referencia, de conformidad con lo previsto en el inciso tercero del numeral 1º del Art. 1º del Decreto 1382 de 2000, según el cual, "A los Jueces Municipales les serán repartidas para su conocimiento en primera instancia, las acciones de tutela que se interpongan contra cualquier autoridad pública del orden distrital o municipal y contra particulares".
