Primero. DENEGAR las peticiones del doctor Diego Palacio Betancourt, en su calidad de Ministro de la Protección Social y de la señora Elisa Carolina Torrenegra Cabrera, en su calidad de representante legal de GESTARSALUD, por las razones expuestas en la parte considerativa de esta providencia.
Segundo. RECHAZAR la petición presentada conjuntamente por el doctor Diego Palacio Betancourt, en su calidad de Ministro de la Protección Social y el Dr. Oscar Iván Zuluaga, en su condición de Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, por improcedente.
Tercero. Informar a los peticionarios que contra el presente Auto no procede recurso alguno.
