El accionante le solicitó a la Corporación decretar la suspensión de los efectos de la sentencia de la Sala de Casación Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, cuestionada en la acción de tutela que impetró en contra de dicha autoridad.
La Sala Plena consideró que los argumentos expuestos por el peticionario no resultaban concluyentes para establecer la urgencia y necesidad de suspender los efectos del fallo proferido al interior del proceso ordinario que declaró la existencia de una unión marital de hecho y la consecuente sociedad patrimonial entre compañeros permanentes.

- RESUELVE:
- NEGAR la medida provisional de suspension de los efectos de la sentencia proferida el 12 de febrero de 2018 por la Sala de Casacion Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia en el marco del proceso ordinario identificado con el numero de radicacion 11001-31-10-018-2008-00331-01, la cual fue solicitada por el apoderado del ciudadano Dario Gomez Suarez mediante memorial del 15 de marzo de 2019, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
