Recurso de súplica.
La demanda se rechazó porque el actor no logró superar los errores que se le advirtieron en el auto de inadmisión.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación concluyó que el recurso impetrado es improcedente porque el demandante no cumplió con la carga de motivación requerida para habilitar un pronunciamiento por parte de la Corte.
Lo anterior, porque se limitó a reiterar de manera escueta los argumentos expuestos en la demanda y en el escrito de corrección, relacionados únicamente con la supuesta violación del derecho a la igualdad.
Con base en lo anterior se RECHAZA.

- Primero. RECHAZAR por improcedente el recurso de súplica presentado por el ciudadano Abel José Arrieta Vega contra el Auto del 18 de octubre de 2022 que, a su vez, rechazó la demanda relativa al expediente D-14961.
- SEGUNDO. A través de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR el contenido de esta decisión al demandante, indicándole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decisión, ARCHIVAR el expediente D-14961.
