Recurso de súplica.

El rechazo de la demanda se dio porque el escrito de corrección mantuvo las omisiones respecto de los requisitos de pertinencia, especificidad y suficiencia identificados en la inadmisión, además de no estructurar de manera correcta un cargo de inconstitucionalidad por violación del derecho a la igualdad.

Tras concluir que la demanda y el escrito de subsanación no proporcionaron los elementos estructurales del juicio de constitucionalidad, se decide CONFIRMAR en su integridad el auto cuestionado.

  1. PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el auto del 19 de marzo de 2021, proferido por la Magistrada Paola Andrea Meneses Mosquera en el proceso D-14110, mediante el cual se rechazo la demanda presentada por el ciudadano Sergio Javier Salinas Cruz contra el articulo 18 (parcial) de la Ley 1010 de 2006.
  2. SEGUNDO. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte, COMUNICAR el contenido de esta decision al recurrente, indicandole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
