Se declaró que el Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo de Risaralda es el competente para conocer de la acción de tutela formulada por el ciudadano de la referencia mediante apoderado y en calidad de Gerente del Hospital Santa Ana de Guática, de acuerdo con lo establecido en los Arts. 86 de la Constitución Política y 37 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
Se ordenó remitir las diligencias al Tribunal mencionado para lo de su competencia.

- Segundo. ORDENAR que por Secretaria General se remitan oportunamente las diligencias al Tribunal de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Risaralda.
