Remitase el expediente contentivo de la accion de tutela propuesta por la ciudadana Ludy Rojas Espinosa, en representacion del menor Leonardo David Candelario Rojas contra la DIRECCION DE SANIDAD DE LA POLICIA NACIONAL, al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cucuta con funciones de conocimiento, para que le de tramite a la accion, en primera instancia, y decida en forma inmediata.
