- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto de 16 de febrero de dos mil nueve (2009) proferido por el Tribunal Superior de Bucaramanga -Sala Civil y de Familia- en el cual se declara la nulidad de todo lo actuado en el proceso de tutela iniciado por Jaime Ordóñez Velásquez contra el Ministerio del Medio Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial y el Fondo Nacional de Vivienda -FONVIVIENDA.

REMÍTASE el expediente contentivo de la acción de tutela instaurada por Jaime Ordóñez Velásquez contra el Ministerio del Medio Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial y el Fondo Nacional de Vivienda - FONVIVIENDA al Tribunal Superior de Bucaramanga, Sala Civil - Familia, para que continúe con el trámite y decida de forma inmediata.
