La demanda se rechazó porque el escrito de corrección no logró subsanar las falencias advertidas en el auto de inadmisión, persistiendo en la falta de claridad, suficiencia y pertinencia de los cargos formulados.

Luego de verificar que el recurso fue presentado de modo extemporáneo, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZARLO.

  1. Primero. RECHAZAR el recurso de súplica presentado por el ciudadano Jesús Antonio Obando Roa contra el Auto de siete (7) de octubre de dos mil veintidós (2022), proferido por la Magistrado(e) Hernán Correa Cardozo, que rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad presentada por el mismo ciudadano Obando Roa, con radicado D-14.950, por las razones anteriormente señaladas.
  2. Segundo. COMUNICAR, a través de la Secretaría General de la Corte, el contenido de esta decisión a la parte demandante, indicándole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
  3. Tercero. ARCHIVAR el expediente.
  4. Comuníquese, notifíquese y cúmplase.
