Con el presente auto la Sala Plena de la Corporación decide NO DAR CURSO a la remisión efectuada por la Procuraduría Delegada para la Vigilancia Administrativa, a propósito de la queja presentada por el Representante Inti Raúl Asprilla contra el Director de la Autoridad Nacional de Licencias Ambientales (ANLA), por no comparecer a una citación de la Comisión Quinta Constitucional Permanente de la Cámara de Representantes.
Con base en lo anterior, dispone devolver las diligencias a la mencionada Procuraduría.
