Se declaró la nulidad del proceso a partir del auto proferido por el Juzgado Primero Civil del Circuito de Lérida, toda vez que aplicó lo dispuesto en el numeral 1º del Art. 1º del Decreto 1382 de 2000, la Corte reiteró que dicha decisión es nula porque se funda en una norma manifiestamente inconstitucional.
En consecuencia, se ordenó remitir el expediente al citado Juzgado, a quién corresponde por prevención el conocimiento de este proceso, para que realice el trámite solicitado por la accionante en la tutela referida.
