Recurso de súplica.
La demanda se rechazó porque no se corrigieron los defectos advertidos en el auto de inadmisión.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación concluyó que el actor no cumplió con la carga de motivación necesaria para realizar un estudio de fondo del recurso, en tanto sus cuestionamientos no se dirigieron a demostrar que el magistrado sustanciador omitió la valoración de argumentos encaminados a corregir la demanda en los términos solicitados o que incurrió en un error de valoración de los mismos.
Con base en lo anterior se RECHAZÓ, por falta de carga argumentativa, la súplica invocada en esta oportunidad.
