Aclarar El Acapite Segundo De La Parte Motiva De La Sentencia C-315 De 2008 Y Comunicar Este Proveido Al Presidente De La Republica Al Igual Que Al Secretario General Del Senado De La Republica.

PRIMERO. ACLARAR el acapite
segundo. de la parte motiva de la sentencia C-315 del 9 de abril de 2008, en el sentido que el articulo 1o del Proyecto de Ley n.deg 18/06 Senado - 207/07 Camara, "por la cual se establecen rebajas en las sanciones para los remisos del servicio militar obligatorio", es del siguiente tenor:
"Articulo 1o.- La Direccion de Reclutamiento y Control Reservas del Ejercito efectuara durante seis (6) meses, las convocatorias necesarias en todo el territorio nacional, para la definicion de la situacion militar de los ciudadanos remisos del servicio militar obligatorio mayores de 25 anos.
Estos ciudadanos no pagaran cuota de compensacion militar, solo pagaran el cinco (5%) por ciento del salario minimo mensual legal vigente por concepto de laminacion y expedicion de la tarjeta militar."
SEGUNDO. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte, COMUNIQUESE este proveido al Presidente de la Republica, por intermedio del Secretario Juridico de la Presidencia, al igual que al Secretario General del Senado de la Republica.
