El rechazo se dio porque persistía la falta de certeza, pertinencia, especificidad y suficiencia en los cargos planteados en la demanda y advertidos en el auto de inadmisión.
Tras verificar que el demandante no cuestionó las consideraciones de fondo que tuvo en cuenta el magistrado sustanciador sino la aplicación misma de los criterios usados por la Corte en el análisis de admisibilidad de los cargos de inconstitucionalidad, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió CONFIRMAR el proveído recurrido.

CONFIRMAR el Auto del 28 de septiembre de 2022, que rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad formulada por el ciudadano Iván Milton González Santos contra los artículos 209 y 210 (parciales) de la Ley 1801 de 2016 "Por medio de la cual se expide el Código Nacional de Policía y Convivencia Ciudadana", dentro del expediente D-14.909.
