Se declaró la nulidad de todo lo actuado dentro de la tutela presentada por el ciudadano de la referencia contra el Municipio de Arjona (Bolívar), a partir del auto proferido por el Tribunal Administrativo de Bolívar -Sala de Decisión-, por cuanto es este despacho judicial quien debe conocer y tramitar el proceso.
En consecuencia, se ordenó remitir el expediente al citado Tribunal para que realice el trámite que corresponda conforme a la ley.
Una vez cumplido lo anterior, regrese el expediente a la Corte Constitucional para su eventual revisión.

- Primero. Declarar la nulidad de todo lo actuado dentro de la acción de tutela presentada por José Gregorio Sánchez Barrera contra el Municipio de Arjona (Bolívar), a partir del auto proferido por el Tribunal Administrativo de Bolívar -Sala de Decisión- el 25 de octubre de 2000 (folio 5 del expediente).
- Segundo. REMITASE el expediente de la referencia al Tribunal mencionado en el numeral anterior para que, en forma inmediata, le imprima a esta acción de tutela el trámite que corresponda conforme a la ley.
- Tercero. Una vez cumplido lo anterior, regrese el expediente a la Corte Constitucional para su eventual revisión.
