- SEGUNDO. Resolver el presente conflicto indicando que el Tribunal Administrativo de Boyaca es competente para conocer el proceso de tutela de la referencia.
- TERCERO. Por intermedio de la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, REMITIR el expediente al Tribunal Administrativo de Boyaca, para lo de su competencia.
