Solicitud de nulidad de la Sentencia T-226/22.

El memorialista, en términos generales, señaló que la precitada decisión no es clara, fue tomada por jueces que debieron declararse impedidos y, adicionalmente, es reflejo de la sistemática persecución política que han sufrido los líderes sociales a nivel nacional.

Por no encontrar acreditado el requisito de carga argumentativa, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZAR la nulidad invocada.

  1. PRIMERO. RECHAZAR, por no cumplir el requisito de carga argumentativa, la solicitud de nulidad formulada por el señor Willmar Calderón Olmos en contra de la Sentencia T-226 de 2022.
  2. SEGUNDO. COMUNÍQUESE la presente providencia a quien presentó la solicitud de nulidad y a las demás partes e intervinientes en el trámite, con la advertencia de que contra esta decisión no procede ningún recurso.
  3. Notifíquese y cúmplase.
