Solicitud de cumplimiento de la Sentencia T-680/96.

Un grupo conformado por 18 ex miembros de las Fuerzas Militares y de la Policía Nacional recluidos en la cárcel de COIBA (Picaleña), solicitaron a la Corte ordenar a varias instituciones otorgar cupos en la cárcel para policías de Facatativá y, en consecuencia, efectuar su traslado inmediato.

Lo anterior, en aplicación de los artículos 13 y 216 de la Constitución, el artículo 27 del Código Penitenciario y Carcelario y a la providencia de la referencia.

La Sala de Revisión considera que la petición es improcedente para exigir el cumplimiento del fallo y, por ello, decide ABSTENERSE de dar curso a la misma.
