Mediante Auto 394 de 2024, expediente CJU 4142, la Sala Plena resolvió un conflicto de jurisdicciones suscitado entre el Juzgado 11 Administrativo Oral de Medellín y el Juzgado 14 Laboral del Circuito de la misma ciudad.
En el segundo resolutivo se incurrió en un error al transcribir el número del expediente a remitir al Juzgado 14 Laboral del Circuito de Medellín, toda vez que se aludió al expediente CJU-3148, cuando lo adecuado era hacer referencia al proceso CJU-4142.
La Corte corrige ese error mecanográfico.
