Solicitud de extensión de jurisprudencia de la Sentencia SU.128/24.
Analizado el asunto recordó la Sala Plena de la Corporación que la extensión de jurisprudencia es un mecanismo propio de las sentencias de unificación proferidas por el Consejo de Estado y no procede frente a decisiones de la Corte Constitucional.
Con base en lo anterior se concluyó que lo pedido en esta oportunidad es manifiestamente improcedente y tanto se RECHAZÓ DE PLANO.

- Segundo. A través de la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, COMUNICAR la presente decisión al señor Arturo Samuel Benítez Camacho9 e INFORMARLE que contra ella no procede ningún recurso.
