La controversia de los precitados despachos tuvo su origen en las diferentes interpretaciones del factor territorial.
Ambos presentaron una serie de argumentos relacionados con el lugar donde se presentó y tuvo sus efectos la vulneración de derechos alegada por la parte demandante.
Se dirimió el conflicto con la remisión del expediente al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Guatavita para que, de manera inmediata, tramite y adopte la decisión a que haya lugar.

- PRIMERO. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto proferido el 08 de septiembre de 2025 por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Guatavita, en el proceso de tutela promovido por el señor Carlos Enrique Suárez Pérez en contra de la Gobernación del Vaupés - Secretaría de Educación Departamental.
- SEGUNDO. REMITIR el expediente ICC-5152 al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Guatavita para que, de manera inmediata, tramite y adopte la decisión a que haya lugar.
- TERCERO. Por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, COMUNICAR la presente decisión a la parte accionante, al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Guatavita y al Juzgado 003 Administrativo Oral del Circuito de Villavicencio.
