- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el auto del 10 de marzo de 2021, proferido por la magistrada Paola Andrea Meneses Mosquera en el proceso D-14.093, mediante el cual se rechazo la demanda presentada por Carlos Ernesto Castaneda Ravelo contra el articulo 13 (parcial) de la Ley 2056 de 2020.
