Solicitud de aclaración de la sentencia T-774/15.
El Director de División de Fondos Especiales y Cobro Coactivo de la Dirección Ejecutiva de Administración Judicial pretende que la Corporación aclare la providencia de la referencia, en el sentido de indicar si se continúa con la ejecución de los procesos de cobro coactivo por multas impuestas por incidente de desacato o se terminan por orden judicial.
Luego de verificar que la petición fue formulada de manera extemporánea, la Sala Plena decide RECHAZARLA.
