Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado Sexto Civil Municipal de Buenaventura y el Juzgado Primero Civil Municipal de Santa Rosa de Cabal (Risaralda).
Teniendo en cuenta que el accionante decidió interponer la acción de tutela en el lugar donde surte efectos la supuesta vulneración de sus derechos, esto es, en Buenaventura, donde además tiene su domicilio, la Corte decide remitir el expediente al Juzgado Sexto Civil Municipal de esta ciudad para que sin dilación profiera la decisión de fondo que corresponda.
