Solicitud de cumplimiento de la Sentencia T-841/09.
En diciembre 16 de 2010, el peticionario solicitó que la decisión mediante la cual se ordenaba la liquidación de un contrato celebrado, en el estado en que se encontrara, fuere ajustado a las condiciones actuales, toda vez que el mismo se había ejecutado en su totalidad.
Con escrito del 21 de enero del 2011, se informa a la Corporación el cumplimiento de la orden originalmente impartida y se remite el acta de liquidación.
Como quiera que la solicitud inicial de cumplimiento es improcedente por carencia actual de objeto, se declara su IMPROCEDENCIA.
