Se confirmó en todas sus partes el auto proferido por el despacho del Magistrado Sustanciador en el proceso D-5413, mediante el cual se rechazó la demanda presentada por el ciudadano de la referencia en contra de la Ley 693 de 2001 “por la cual se dictan normas sobre el uso de alcoholes carburantes, se crean estímulos para su producción, comercialización y consumo, y se dictan otras disposiciones”.
La Corte explicó que el actor hizo un uso inadecuado del recurso legal de la súplica, al pretender impugnar una decisión judicial para la cual dicha herramienta no fue diseñada.
