Solicitud de nulidad y aclaración de la sentencia T-461/15.
El Representante Legal de la Cooperativa Multiactiva de Transportadores Omega Ltda. elevó la petición a la Corporación, argumentando que durante el trámite de la tutela la Sala Novena de Revisión vulneró el derecho al debido proceso, al desconocer que la desvinculación laboral del accionante obedeció a la desaparición del cargo que desempañaba en la entidad, debido a los problemas económicos que ésta afrontaba.
Tras verificar que las solicitudes mencionadas fueron formuladas de manera extemporánea, es decir, que incumplieron con el requisito de oportunidad, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZARLAS
