- PRIMERO. RECHAZAR por improcedente el recurso de súplica presentado en contra del auto del 9 de junio de 2023, proferido por la magistrada Natalia Ángel Cabo, dentro del expediente D-15265, mediante el cual se rechazó la demanda interpuesta por Luis Alejandro Ramírez Álvarez, contra el parágrafo del artículo 22 de la Ley 2050 de 2020.
- SEGUNDO. A través de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR esta decisión al recurrente, indicándole que contra la misma no proceden recursos.
- TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decisión, archívese el expediente.
