Recurso de súplica.
El magistrado sustanciador rechazó la demanda porque consideró que, en relación con los cargos, la actora no atendió las observaciones del auto inadmisorio.
Luego de analizar las argumentaciones del demandante la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZAR el recurso impetrado, por no satisfacer la carga argumentativa requerida y, en consecuencia, resultar improcedente.

- SEGUNDO. A través de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR el contenido de esta decisión a la demandante, indicándole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decisión, ARCHIVAR el expediente D-14502.
