En el marco del seguimiento al cumplimiento de la Sentencia SU.446/11 la Corte le solicitó a la Fiscalía General de la Nación enviar un informe sobre cuáles cargos de carrera de los que existían al momento de proferirse el fallo de la referencia permanecen hoy en la estructura de la Entidad y, si respecto de ellos, ya se convocó a concurso y se hicieron los debidos nombramientos.

- RESUELVE
- Primero. SOLICITAR a la Fiscalía General de la Nación que envíe a esta Corte dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, un informe sobre cuáles cargos de carrera de los que existían al momento de proferirse la Sentencia SU-446 de 2011 permanecen hoy en la estructura de la Entidad, y sobre si respecto de dichos cargos ya se convocó a concurso y se hicieron los debidos nombramientos.
