Se ordenó a la Sala de Familia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá D.C. que asuma, de forma inmediata, el conocimiento de la tutela de la referencia, toda vez que el conflicto planteado en la actualidad lo es tan sólo en apariencia, por cuanto en casos como el de la referencia, el juez de tutela debe acudir a las reglas generales que prescribe el Art. 37 del Decreto-Ley 2591 de 1991.
