Recurso de súplica.
El rechazo se dio porque la actora se limitó a reiterar la misma línea argumentativa propuesta en la demanda inicial.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación consideró que la argumentación propuesta no cumple con los requisitos propios del recurso de súplica, en cuanto la solicitante se abstuvo de referir, de manera expresa, una falencia o un yerro de la providencia que rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad.
Con base en lo anterior se RECHAZA, por improcedente.

- PRIMERO. RECHAZAR POR IMPROCEDENTE el recurso de súplica presentado en contra del Auto de 19 de octubre de 2021, mediante el cual se rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad interpuesta por la ciudadana Laura Viviana Niño Mondragón en el expediente de la referencia.
- SEGUNDO. A través de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, comuníquese el contenido de esta decisión al demandante, indicándole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decisión, archívese el expediente.
