Se ordenó remitir la tutela propuesta por el ciudadano de la referencia contra el Fondo Pasivo Social Puertos de Colombia-FONCOLPUERTOS-, al Tribunal Administrativo del Atlántico, por ser ese organismo judicial ante el cual se interpuso la acción de tutela en referencia.
Lo anterior, porque el citado Tribunal dio aplicación al Art. 1º del Decreto 1382 de 2000, norma que no se ciñe para nada a ninguno de los procedimientos que para el efecto se establecen en el Título XIII de la Constitución.
