La Sala Especial de Seguimiento a la Sentencia T-025/04 resuelve la solicitud de apertura de incidente de desacato en contra del Fiscal General de la Nación, por el presunto incumplimiento de la orden decimotercera del Auto 008/09, en relación con la adopción de una estrategia para avanzar en la investigación del delito de desplazamiento forzado.
Luego de analizar la petición la Corte procedió declarar la improcedencia de la misma, por carencia de legitimación en la causa por activa
