Con el presente auto se ordena suspender como medida provisional, el proceso ejecutivo mixto que cursa en el juzgado accionado, iniciado en ocasión de la demanda instaurada por la Caja Agraria en contra de la Empresa Comunitaria La Alemania y otros.
La medida se adopta hasta tanto se profiera un fallo definitivo en el trámite de revisión del expediente de tutela número T-2948870.

- Primero. SUSPENDER COMO MEDIDA PROVISIONAL, con base en el articulo 7o del Decreto 2591 de 1991, el proceso ejecutivo mixto que cursa en el Juzgado demandado,
- Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Sincelejo, radicado bajo el numero 2001-0174-00, iniciado con ocasion de la demanda instaurada por la Caja Agraria en contra de la Empresa Comunitaria "La Alemania" y otros, con garantia en el inmueble rural "La Alemania, identificado con folio de matricula inmobiliaria Ndeg 340-64319, obligacion que fue cedida a la Compania de Gerenciamiento Activo LTDA. Lo anterior hasta tanto sea proferido un fallo definitivo en el tramite de revision del expediente de tutela T-2948870.
