Solicitudes de aclaración del Auto 841/25, formuladas por varios ciudadanos.
Luego de verificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos que habilitan a la Corporación a tramitar este tipo de requerimientos, constató la Sala Plena que tres memorialistas carecían de legitimación en la causa por activa para formularla, en la medida en que no acreditaron la calidad de intervinientes, en los términos del inciso segundo del artículo 7 del Decreto Ley 2067 de 1991.
Respecto a la solicitud formulada por el ciudadano que sí acreditó los presupuestos de legitimación y oportunidad, se constató que incumplió el requisito de carga argumentativa mínima.
Con base en lo anterior, se procedió a RECHAZAR todas las aclaraciones pedidas en esta oportunidad.

- PRIMERO. RECHAZAR, por falta de legitimación en la causa por activa, las solicitudes de aclaración del Auto 841 de 2025, presentadas por los ciudadanos Juan Pablo Londoño Sánchez, Lina María Garrido Martín y Nasly Paola Suárez Sibatto en el expediente D-15.989.
- SEGUNDO. RECHAZAR, por falta de carga argumentativa, la solicitud de aclaración del Auto 841 de 2025, presentada por el ciudadano Nelson Helber Rodríguez Vargas en el expediente D-15.989.
- TERCERO. Contra esta providencia no procede recurso alguno.
