Se declaró la nulidad de lo actuado en la acción de tutela interpuesta por la ciudadana de la referencia contra el Juzgado 26 Civil Municipal de Bogotá a partir del auto de 26 de octubre de 2000, lo anterior, con el fin de garantizar la primacía de la Constitución.
