Solicitudes de nulidad de la Sentencia T-035/22.
En su gran mayoría los peticionarios plantearon una supuesta omisión en el análisis de ciertos asuntos que, de haber sido analizados, la decisión adoptada hubiese sido diferente.
Luego de analizar las diferentes peticiones la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZAR dos por la insuficiencia de la carga argumentativa.
Una tercera solicitud también fue rechazada, por haber sido formulada de manera extemporánea.

- Primero. RECHAZAR por insuficiencia en la carga argumentativa, la solicitud de nulidad presentada por Atina Energy Services Corp. Sucursal Colombia contra la Sentencia T-035 de 2022.
- Segundo. RECHAZAR por insuficiencia en la carga argumentativa, la solicitud de nulidad presentada por Manpower Professional Ltda en contra de la Sentencia T-035 de 2022.
- Tercero. RECHAZAR por extemporánea, la solicitud de nulidad presentada por Comercializadora Marden Ltda en contra de la Sentencia T-035 de 2022.
- Cuarto. ORDENAR a la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional que comunique la presente providencia a los interesados, con la advertencia de que contra esta decisión no procede ningún recurso.
