Solicitud de cumplimiento de la Sentencia SU.235/16.
El apoderado de la Fiduciaria Davivienda S.A. solicitó a la Corporación verificar el cumplimiento de las órdenes dictadas en la providencia de la referencia.
Considera la Corte que su intervención no es procedente en este caso, puesto que para tal fin es necesario que el juez competente se haya pronunciado y que la desobediencia persista; o que el juez competente no haya podido adoptar las medidas que hagan efectivas las órdenes; o las medidas hayan sido insuficientes o ineficaces, lo cual no ha ocurrido en el presente asunto.
Con base en lo anterior la Sala Plena decide ABSTENERSE de tramitar la petición de cumplimiento invocada
