En consecuencia, se resolvió el conflicto indicando que el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, Sala Penal, es competente para conocer el proceso de tutela de la referencia.

- SEGUNDO. Resolver el presente conflicto indicando que el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, Sala Penal, es competente para conocer el proceso de tutela de la referencia.
- TERCERO. Por intermedio de la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, REMITIR el expediente al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, Sala Penal, para lo de su competencia.
