- Primero. CORREGIR por medio de la Relatoría de la Corte Constitucional el encabezado del Auto 1109 de 2024 en la medida que se reemplace la nomenclatura "1009" por "1109". Así mismo, asegurar que el texto del Auto 1109 de 2024 al que accede el público y el que será notificado a las partes, sea el corregido.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría General, COMUNICAR a las autoridades judiciales del incidente la decisión adoptada en esta providencia.
