Se declaró la nulidad de todo lo actuado en la acción de tutela interpuesta por el ciudadano de la referencia contra la E.P.S.
Colseguros, a partir del auto proferido por el Juzgado Segundo Civil del Circuito de Cúcuta toda vez que la Corte advirtió que este despacho judicial aplicó lo dispuesto en el Art. 1 del Decreto 1382 de 2000, norma contraria a la Constitución.
En consecuencia, se ordenó remitir el expediente al juzgado competente para que realice el trámite que corresponda conforme a la ley.
