Teniendo en cuenta que en el presente caso se requirió aclarar algunos supuestos de hecho que motivaron la formulación de la acción de tutela y se hizo necesario, además, emitir un nuevo auto de pruebas para contar con los elementos de juicio para adoptar una decisión de fondo, se decide con este proveído SUSPENDER los términos del proceso de la referencia, por un término no mayor a tres meses, contados a partir del momento en que se alleguen las pruebas decretadas y pendientes de ser recibidas.

- ÚNICO-. De acuerdo con lo estipulado en el artículo 64 del Reglamento, SUSPENDER los términos del proceso T-8.197.319 por un término no mayor a tres (3) meses, contados a partir del momento en que se alleguen las pruebas decretadas y pendientes de ser recibidas.
