Solicitud de aclaración de la sentencia C-473/19.
El memorialista le pidió a la Corte aclarar si las Cajas de Compensación Familiar únicamente pueden utilizar los recursos del FOSFEC en la población desempleada o cesante, o si, por el contrario, en el marco de la Ley 1636 de 2013, estos pueden ser destinados a la capacitación, formación para el trabajo y servicios de gestión y colocación de trabajadores formales activos.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación consideró que las dudas planteadas por el peticionario resultaban infundadas y que por tanto no había lugar a la aclaración.
Se declara la IMPROCEDENCIA de la solicitud.
