- UNICO.- CONFIRMAR el Auto del 2 de marzo de 2016, dictado por el Magistrado Sustanciador Luis Guillermo Guerrero Perez, por medio del cual se rechazo la demanda de inconstitucionalidad contra el articulo 9 (parcial) de la Ley 797 de 2003, identificada con el numero de radicacion D-11225, presentada por el senor David Antonio Gavalo Estrella.
