Solicitud de apertura de incidente de desacato de la sentencia T-799/12.
La Sala decide remitir la solicitud impetrada por la accionante al Juzgado Quinto Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, para que inicie sin demora las gestiones que considera pertinentes para hacer cumplir la orden contemplada en la parte resolutiva de la sentencia de la referencia.
Igualmente ordena al precitado despacho judicial, rendir un informe a la Corporación respecto de las gestiones realizadas para lograr dicho cumplimiento.

- Primero. Ordenar el envio del escrito radicado por la senora Magda Gutierrez Caballero al Juzgado
- Quinto. Civil del Circuito de Bogota, para que inicie sin demora las gestiones que considere pertinentes para hacer cumplir la orden contemplada en la parte resolutiva de la sentencia T-799 de 2012.
- Segundo. Ordenar al Juzgado
- Quinto. Civil del Circuito de Bogota que informe a esta corporacion de las gestiones realizadas para lograr el cumplimiento de la sentencia, el cual debera rendirlo dentro de los 10 siguientes dias al recibo de esta comunicacion.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, comuniquese la presente decision a la peticionaria.
